If you experience any problems with your product or are just not satisfied with it please follow these simple procedures. First you can email us at royalhookahs@yahoo.com and we will try to assist you with any problems that you are experiencing. If you are still unsatisfied and would like to return your product for a full refund minus any shipping, handling, or insurance charges you have 15 days after receiving your product to do so. All returned products must be in their original condition in order to receive a full refund; also any missing items will be deducted from the purchase price. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and is our top priority.

Ordering:

Our website is very simple and easy to use. All you have to do is select the products you want and add them to your cart. After you have finished filling your cart with the products you desire, simply click on the checkout link and follow the instructions on the page. Remember that all credit card purchases are safe and secure through Authorize.net You can also order by mail with a check or money order. Please refer to payment section.

Checks, Money Orders, or Cashiers Check:

If you would like to make other payment arrangements such as money orders, personal checks or cashier’s checks, simply e-mail us at royalhookahs@yahoo.com with your order (don’t forget to mention size and color/flavor) and shipping address and we will provide you with the total amount of purchase and mailing instructions to send your payment.

note: you may also use your checking account with Paypal to purchase items, just follow instructions given after checkout to do so.

All hookah orders will be shipped via UPS ground and will be insured up to $100. We will provide you with a tracking number on all UPS shipments so you can track your package at www.ups.com or over the phone. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received (add 5 days for personal checks to clear). Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks with UPS. Some small orders will be shipped via the United States postal service. If you would like products to be shipped outside the United States please email us at royalhookahs@yahoo.com with your order so we can provide you with the exact shipping cost.
